Purchasing this means you are signing up for the 9:30am-10:30am class every FRIDAY starting September 25th though November 20th for a total of 9 classes at my house near Galena High School. Classes are subject to rescheduling due to weather or my personal illness. In this case, either a make-up time will be offered or you may request a refund for any fully cancelled classes.
Our Focus curriculum is designed to help kids hone the symphony of skills we use to direct, shift, and sustain our attention. Throughout the series, we’ll leverage the captivating natural world to teach kids several building blocks of focus: how to feel present in the moment; how to zoom in and zoom out; how to wonder; and how to follow our interests.
